Employer Pay Rates 2026

160 guides to what Australia's largest employers have to pay. Each one sets out the modern award floor by classification, the casual loading, weekend and public holiday penalties, junior rates where they apply, and the enterprise agreements we hold for that employer. Award figures come from the Fair Work Commission pay database and reflect the 1 July 2026 annual wage review.

An enterprise agreement can pay above the award but never below it — so the tables in these guides are the floor your employer has to clear. If your payslip sits under it, price the gap with the back-pay calculator or check the rate with the award pay rates tool.
