Bupa Dental Pay Rates 2026: Nurses, Allied Health & Support Staff Pay

Bupa Dental is Bupa's network of dental clinics across the country, offering general and specialist dental care alongside Bupa's broader health insurance and aged care businesses. Clinic teams are dentists, dental therapists and hygienists, and dental assistants and reception staff who support the clinical teams.

Dental assistants and clinic support staff sit on the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020; dentists and other registered practitioners are typically award-free professionals.
