The Australian national minimum wage is $26.44 per hour ($1,004.90 per 38-hour week) from 1 July 2026, a 6% rise from $24.95 under the Annual Wage Review 2026 decision. Casuals add 25% loading ($33.05/hr). Junior workers aged 16-20 are paid a percentage of the adult rate.
