- •Fast Food gives the 30–60 minute unpaid meal break at 5 hours or more (cl 14.1). Retail, SCHADS and Clerks only give it once you work more than 5 hours — a shift of exactly 5 hours has no meal break under those awards.

Rest Between Shifts
