How to find your pay point
- Your classification and year (for example RN Grade 2 Year 4) are on your payslip, often with a pay code such as YP5.
- Registered nurses move up one year of experience each year at Grade 2 (Years 1 to 8).
- Hourly rates are weekly ÷ 38. Shift penalties, allowances and overtime are on top and are set out elsewhere in the agreement.
