The full dataset covers 13,973 agreements across 11,757 named employers, exportable as a spreadsheet and filterable by expiry window, state and industry — employer, ABN where held, agreement title, nominal expiry, days remaining, the underlying award and a link to the FWC source document for every row.

What nominal expiry actually means
An expired agreement keeps operating until it's replaced or terminated — 3,632 agreements are in exactly that state today. If yours is one of them, its pay rates may have drifted behind the modern award. Your base rate can never lawfully sit below the award base rate.
