What does FairWork Mate AI actually do?
Answers questions about Australian workplace rights, pay, leave, redundancy, and the Fair Work Act. Every Plus, Pro or Business answer cites the relevant FWC or Federal Court decision and links back to the original source.
Is this legal advice?
No. The AI provides general information, not legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, contact the Fair Work Ombudsman on 13 13 94 or a workplace lawyer.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Plus, Pro, and Business are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I run out of questions?
You can upgrade to a higher tier or wait until your next billing period. Plus questions reset monthly. Day Pass questions expire after 24 hours.
Is my data private?
Yes. We automatically scrub personal information (names, phone, tax file numbers) from your message before processing. Chat history is retained for 30 days for abuse detection then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
